Mental Health First Aid is an 8 hour skills-based training course that teaches participants how to Identify, Understand, and Respond to mental health and substance-use issues.
These 60 to 90 minute long information sessions cover a variety of Health & Wellness topics. These interactive workshops are presented online or can be booked for team or corporate events.
